A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Multiplier is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team and play a key role in helping the company strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. The candidate will be focused primarily on Sales Operations, with responsibilities for cross-functional collaboration to facilitate data excellence, drive sales insights and reporting, help manage the sales tech stack, and act as an integral member of the global Revenue Operations unit to execute various initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Examine sales pipeline data, analyze patterns, trends, and gaps, and provide data-driven insights to the leadership.
  • Understand different metrics (sales, marketing, customer, etc.) and follow analytical best practices to deliver accurate, timely, and unbiased performance views.
  • Perform data analysis and produce insights to help with sales territory and account allocation.
  • Help drive sales forecasting by identifying the right metrics and tracking them accurately.
  • Track bookings and help manage the sales compensation process for individual reps and teams by collaborating with sales ops and finance.
  • Prepare and maintain sales operations reporting and dashboards (monthly reporting packages, KPIs, etc.) and help with QBRs/monthly reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; understand the sales motion and processes, adopt best practices, and help streamline wherever possible.
  • Partner with functional teams to answer data and salesforce reporting questions, and critical business metrics, prepare ad-hoc analyses, pull supporting data, etc.
  • Support the sales process and research customer account data to provide essential intelligence.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong spoken and written English skills are a must.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in sales, revenue, or Business Operations with SaaS / Technology firms.
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Automation (Salesloft), and other sales tools.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
  • Provide insights from data and present them in MS PPT and Google slides.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with distributed teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing processes and structure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and managing multiple initiatives at once.
